Everything we've done to prepare for this fall is to keep our students and staff safe. We are ready to make adjustments for flow and continuity no matter the situation.

We are so excited for the 20-21 Dance Season!

January 2021 Classes

All classes for the month of January will be held via Zoom. Please contact the office for the meeting ID and password if you did not receive it via email.

Our plan is to return to the studio in February. We will update everyone regarding any changes in safety procedures as needed.

Holiday Schedules

December Break: We have classes through Saturday, December 19. We will be closed Sunday, December 20 through Sunday, January, 3. Classes resume on Monday, January 4.

Ongoing: Important Class Procedures

Please also see our Policies page for additional information on COVID-19 precautions and requirements.

  • If your dancer will have a break between classes, you will have to chaperone them either in your car, taking them home/to dinner, etc. We cannot allow dancers to be in the lounge together.
  • No one is allowed in the building, at any time, other than dancers and faculty and staff. Parents and siblings must remain outside, in cars, etc.
  • We've done our best to schedule classes together to minimize the drop-off/pick-up scenarios
  • Shoe requirements for class are the same and listed on the website. (See Dress Code in dropdowns on Preschool, Traditional Classes and Training Classes pages.
  • Shoe fittings/sales will be available by appointment on Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00pm
  • Dress Code: We ask that students wear street shoes they could dance in if weather becomes an issue (i.e. - no flip flops please!)
  • Hair should be pulled back per the dress code
  • Dress code: dress for the weather/climate - layer, layer, layer (tights, leotards, leggings, sweatpants, shirt, sweatshirt, hat, gloves, etc.)
  • No jeans - please aim for clothing that won't restrict movement
  • ALL classes will be available in-person and via Zoom (except Adult Ballet Fitness, which is Zoom only.)
  • You must tell us at the time of registration how you'd like to attend class (if you've already registered, we'll be reaching out shortly to confirm)
  • More information coming soon regarding your pick-up/drop-off location
  • Some classes may be divided into in-person and virtual alternate weeks because of the number of students in the class. You will be notified if your dancer is among those groups

Questions?

  • We will have virtual office hours available to you Monday-Thursday from 5-7 pm
